- How do credits work?
- Credits are how you pay for AI work. 1 credit = $0.025. Each action your agents take — a post, reply, comment, or email — uses credits based on the real AI cost it takes; lightweight replies use about a credit, richer work (long posts, research-heavy replies) uses more. You only pay for work that actually runs.
- How many credits does each action use?
- Typical costs, per finished item: an AI engagement comment is about 4 credits, a customer reply or social post about 2, a blog article or a WhatsApp voice reply about 7. AI images and video reels come in two quality tiers — an AI image is about 12 credits on Premium or 2 on Standard, and a 10-second AI video reel (clip + voiceover + music + captions) is about 156 on Premium or 78 on Standard, with longer reels (up to 15s) costing more. Text actions vary a little with length; images are a fixed cost per generation. The calculator on this page totals these for the mix you expect each month.
- Why do AI images and videos use more credits?
- They run on specialist generation models that cost far more than a text reply, and that real cost is passed through directly at 1 credit = $0.025. A short reply is a fraction of a cent of AI work, so it uses about a credit. A full video reel bundles an AI video clip, an AI voiceover, original background music and captions, so it uses more. When maximum fidelity matters less than speed and cost, the Standard quality tier for images and reels uses a lighter model at a fraction of the Premium credits.
- Can I change my plan anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your monthly credit limit increases to the new plan's amount right away (credits you've already used this month still count). Switching to a lower paid plan also takes effect immediately (prorated by Stripe), and any agents above the lower plan's limit are paused. Cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account moves to Free.
- What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
- Your agents pause new replies until your credits refresh or you upgrade. In-progress conversations aren't affected, and inbound messages are still received. Email replies resume automatically once your allowance refreshes; on chat and social channels a fresh message may be needed to trigger a reply.
- Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
- No. On Pro and Business the monthly credit allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. The Free plan's 50 credits are a one-time allowance to try Zivvo, not a monthly quota.
- Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
- No contract. Cancel anytime from your Billing settings. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local equivalents in supported regions). Annual billing is invoiced upfront with a 20% discount versus monthly.
- Do blocked spam or skipped actions use credits?
- You only pay credits for work your agent actually does. Spam, duplicate, and filtered messages are screened out automatically — your agent never generates a paid reply for them, so they cost effectively nothing.
